Run every location as one brand.
Standardize jobs, permissions, programs, and operational settings centrally while giving each regional leader, franchisee, and store team exactly the access and flexibility they need.
Consistency where it matters. Flexibility where it is allowed.
We configure Crisp around your brand rather than a loose collection of store accounts. Your brand sets the standard, and your authorized stores and regional teams manage the exceptions they've been approved to manage. Not every configuration can be overridden locally.

How central administration actually works.
A job title means the same thing in every store.
We let administrators create jobs centrally. A job supports scheduling and defines the permission level attached to it.
- Administrators create jobs centrally
- Jobs support scheduling and define permission levels
- Only appropriately authorized administrators can create jobs or change their permissions
- A role such as store manager or shift lead can carry a consistent meaning across locations
- Stores do not normally need to recreate independent permission structures
Standardized jobs and permissions
A job title means the same thing in every store.

Store-scoped access
Permissions decide what. Store scoping decides where.
The same person can hold different permission levels across different groups of stores, and your reporting follows that scope automatically.
- A user may have access to one store, several stores, a region, or the whole brand
- The same person may have different permission levels across different store groups
- Reporting automatically respects the stores the user is allowed to access
- Example: a regional operator with administrative access to a corporate group, manager access to another region, and reporting-only access across the wider brand
- Structures vary by brand; this is one arrangement, not a requirement
Bulk Actions
Change many stores without opening each one.
You can apply supported changes across every store or across selected groups from a single place.
- Apply supported changes across all stores or selected groups
- Close all locations for a holiday in one place
- Change digital-order prep time across selected stores
- Avoids editing dozens of locations individually
- Not every system setting is supported by Bulk Actions
Brand-wide programs
Programs that belong to the brand, not to a store account.
We configure several parts of Crisp once for your brand, then your teams experience them consistently across locations.
- Loyalty and rewards are managed as brand-wide programs
- Customer identity works across Crisp ordering channels
- Master menus and menu groups control product configuration
- Central reporting rolls up across accessible locations
- Franchise financial defaults may cascade to stores with approved exceptions
Because reporting inherits the same store scoping, a user's reports narrow automatically. See how reporting rollups work.
The everyday store-management tools are already there.
These are included capabilities that cover your routine work of running a store — not a separate workforce-management platform.
- Punches close to the scheduled time may be auto-approved
- Off-schedule or significantly early or late clock-ins may require a manager PIN and later approval
- Payroll export warns about unapproved punches but does not block export
Crisp does not provide direct payroll integrations, embedded payroll, break management, labor-law compliance management, automated scheduling, or advanced HR management.
Straightforward counts and pars when a store needs them.
You can define ordering units and count units, perform counts from the POS, set pars, and record received orders manually. We can generate suggested order-sheet CSV files, and count changes with last-known cost may support estimated inventory value and period COGS.
Inventory is not connected to menu recipes, Crisp does not calculate theoretical ingredient depletion from sales, receiving is manual, there are no direct supplier integrations, and there is no automatic invoice capture. Estimated COGS depends heavily on accurate counts and receiving.
