A branded home for the complete guest relationship.
Give guests one place to order, save favorites, manage rewards and gift cards, receive offers, announce curbside arrival, and stay connected to your brand.

Published under your brand. Maintained as part of Crisp.
The app is not a one-time software project that ages out after launch. It is an ongoing managed service running on the same menu and rewards configuration as your other Crisp channels.
- Add us to your own Apple and Google developer accounts
- Give us access required to manage the applications
- Apps are published under your own app-store identity
- We handle ongoing technical maintenance and updates
- The app uses the same Crisp menu and rewards configuration as every other Crisp channel
More than online ordering in a mobile shell.
The same ordering flow, attached to a known guest.
App ordering uses the same menu configuration as Crisp web ordering, but the guest is always signed in, so every order lands on their profile.
- Uses the same digital ordering flow and menu configuration as Crisp web ordering
- Guests sign into their loyalty account in the app
- Orders automatically connect to the guest profile
- Guests can save fully customized products as named favorites
- Those favorites can later appear to employees at the POS once the guest is identified
Ordering and saved favorites

Gift cards and stored value
A gift-card wallet and a reloadable balance.
These are two distinct things. The wallet holds gift cards the guest has received or scanned in. The reloadable balance is the guest's own account-specific stored value.
- Guests can scan a physical Crisp gift card into their account
- Digital gift cards sent to the guest appear automatically when tied to the same profile
- Balances and gift-card history are visible in the wallet
- Multiple gift-card balances can be used together on one order
- Each app user may have an account-specific reloadable stored-value card
- Auto-reload can restore a chosen balance after it falls below a threshold
Rewards and coupons
Earning and redemption the guest can actually see.
The app makes the rewards program legible: what has been earned, what is available, and what can be redeemed on the next order.
- Guests can view points or loyalty-credit balances
- Loyalty history is available in the app
- For points-to-coupon programs, guests can browse coupon rewards and redeem points for them
- Eligible coupons can be surfaced during checkout
- Coupons attached to announcements or external campaigns become part of the guest profile
Messages and account management
A persistent inbox, and control over the account.
Push notifications are tied to messages that remain in the app, so an offer is still there when the guest opens the app later.
- You can send push notifications tied to persistent app-inbox messages
- Messages may include an image, title, body copy, link, in-app destination, and attached coupon
- Guests can update profile information
- Guests can manage applicable opt-in preferences
- Guests can delete their account
Let guests send more than a generic gift card.
We provide and manage the gift-card capability directly. The shop is part of your app, not a handoff to a separate gift-card provider.
- You can configure custom digital gift-card designs
- Designs may be grouped by occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or thank-you gifts
- A purchaser chooses a design, value, recipient, and personal message
- Multiple gift cards can be bought and sent to multiple recipients in one checkout
- Digital cards are tied to recipient profiles where appropriate
Short, structured communication at the moment it matters.
- Guests can choose curbside pickup where the store offers it
- The app can show store-provided curbside instructions
- Guests tap “I’m here” after arriving
- Employees send a preconfigured response back to the app
- Ready notifications can be supported when you enable them
These are structured, preconfigured responses rather than an open-ended chat thread between the guest and your store.
How curbside orders are placed →Feedback inside the same guest relationship.
- Feedback requests can appear in the app inbox
- We ask about speed of service, customer-service quality, and one product from the order
- Positive app feedback can lead to an app-store review prompt
- Negative feedback can collect a comment for internal service recovery
