A store in a box, not a box of parts.
Crisp helps configure the complete store system — from edge server and managed network to POS devices, payment hardware, printers, and line-busting kits — then prepares it before shipment so installation is straightforward.

What every Crisp location requires
Every location runs on one local server and one network gateway. Everything else depends on how your team accepts payments, prints receipts and labels, manages kitchen production, and takes orders outside the building.
OptiPlex 7010
Meraki Z4
The difficult setup happens before the box reaches the store.
Crisp absorbs the configuration work so a store opening does not turn into an IT project. What arrives is a coordinated system, prepared against your store's configuration rather than a set of unrelated parts.
- Crisp prepares the edge server
- Crisp configures the managed Meraki network where used
- Wi-Fi and supported device connectivity are prepared in advance
- Device IP and connectivity settings are configured where required
- Stores generally connect the server to the router and connect remaining devices to power
- A QR code links to an installation video
- Stores may schedule a complimentary virtual installation session with a Crisp hardware specialist
- Many stores complete installation without using the optional appointment
